RHAM was founded by, Brandon A. Reed, a seasoned hotelier with over 25 years of experience in leading hospitality operations for some of the most notable properties in the nation; including (3) 5 diamond hotels, (2) 5 star hotels, and a Relais and Chateaux. A true developer of people that has personally groomed executives for all roles and departments within the industry including but not limited to Finance; Housekeeping; Sales; Environmental Service; Spas; Marketing; Human Resources; and Food & Beverage. He has a reputation for developing talent and building highly effective teams; labor analytics; identifying areas of operational efficiencies; increasing guest service scores; food and beverage cost control; and augmenting operating profitability and cash flow for investors.
