RHAM was founded by, Brandon A. Reed, a seasoned hotelier with over 25 years of experience in leading hospitality operations for some of the most notable properties in the nation; including (3) 5 diamond hotels, (2) 5 star hotels, and a Relais and Chateaux. A true developer of people that has personally groomed executives for all roles and departments within the industry including but not limited to Finance; Housekeeping; Sales; Environmental Service; Spas; Marketing; Human Resources; and Food & Beverage.
